The best vegan ham and cheese French toast you'll ever eat. It is crispy outside, soft and cheesy inside and, it's ready in less than 20 minutes.

A few weeks ago, when I made my French Toast recipe, I mentioned how much I am craving for a savoury version of it. So I just had to make it, and there was no question that I would share this delicious recipe with you as well.
It is one of my favourite childhood meals. When my sister and I were small kids, our parents made this for us very often. Honestly, it's SO good! It is crispy outside, soggy and cheesy inside—the perfect breakfast or brunch idea. And of course, as always, it is easy and quick to make. Trust me; you'll love it!
